The Vine@9

Centrally located and close to all Hermanus has to offer, The Vine@9 is an affordable family holiday home with heart. It is draped with vines around the front porch, which gives one a farm feel right in the middle of town. Towards the back of the house, spectacular mountain views greet guests over a cup of morning coffee. It is located just a couple of minutes’ drive away from the Voelklip blue flag status beaches.

The house allows for comfortable and spacious family togetherness, with the kitchen, dining room and lounge areas flowing into each other. Winter warmth is provided by a perfectly positioned fireplace. The single storey home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main en-suite contains a king-size bed with cupboard space and a bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms contain a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively, and share a full bathroom with bath and shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, and gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, a dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided, as well as basic cleaning materials. The TV lounge has a TV with Netflix functionality and free wifi with UPS back-up is available. Towels are included for outages to the beach.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor braai area, and firewood is provided. Safe parking is available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system.

Hermanus, made famous by its beaches and a sense of being close to nature, the sea and the mountains, is the ideal getaway. The location of The Vine@9 is what makes it so irresistible to those who want to explore all the little shops, restaurants, coffee shops and art galleries.
