FireFlyvillas acts as booking agents on behalf of accommodation owners and managers that it represents. The rental contract entered into is between the owner or property manager/representative and the guest. The contract is not effective until required payment has been received and confirmation has been sent to the guest. The number of guests occupying a property may not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the booking confirmation, Failure to comply with this rule will result in the contract being cancelled without refund.Events, functions and parties
The majority of our getaways have rules governing their usage. Special permission most be obtained for functions where the number of guests in attendance exceeds the capacity of the property and or maximum number of guests stated in the booking confirmation.
Provisions and guest services
All Firefly villas are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, swimming/beach towels and basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. All firefly villas will have a representative on standby for the duration of your stay. Not all villas are serviced daily, in most cases this is offered for an additional fee. Check to see the additional services offered per property.
Guest services like grocery stocking are offered at an additional charge and available services differ from getaway to getaway.
A deposit of 50% of the booking amount is required to secure the reservation.
Fireflyvillas will issue you with a rental contract and invoice for your stay.
The invoice is valid for 72hours and a deposit is required within that time to secure your booking.
You will be sent a reminder to pay the balance plus security deposit no less than 5 days prior to arrival.
Security deposits are worked out at one nights’ stay or 20% whichever is greatest. Security deposit are refunded within 10 days after departure.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the full deposit being retained.
Cancellations made over a month before will result in 10% of the booking amount retained to cover administrative costs.
Arrival and departure times
Check in time 14h00 and check out 10h00 or by prior arrangement.
Damage or losses
The guest is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The guest further undertakes to pay for any damages or loses incurred during occupation. The owner or property manager reserves the right to repossess the property if the guest or a member of their party has caused excessive damage or has failed to comply with any of the getaways rules.
