We manage a limited portfolio of 65+ homes. Each one is represented with the same level of care, intention, and pride—as if it were our own.
We manage properties across Hermanus, Sandbaai, Voëlklip, Vermont, Kleinmond, Gansbaai, and Franskraal — the full stretch of South Africa’s Whale Coast. If your property is in or around this region, we’d love to hear from you.
Our management fee covers property checks, maintenance coordination, finance administration, inventories, ad hoc services and call-outs, and monthly performance reporting. Everything is included, no hidden extras.
Absolutely. You retain full access to your home. Simply block the dates you need through our owner portal and we’ll manage everything around your calendar.
Our team conducts a property inspection between every stay. Any issues are flagged immediately. For minor repairs, we arrange and cover the fix, then invoice transparently. For larger work, we get quotes, consult you, and manage the process.
Most properties are onboarded and live within 7 to 14 days of signing. This includes a site visit, professional photography, listing setup across all channels, and pricing configuration.
